Micelle-Type Sensor for Saccharide Recognition by Using Boronic Acid Fluorescence Amphiphilic Probe and Surfactants

چکیده

Controlling molecular assembly by analytes is attractive for analytical techniques. Herein, we designed and synthesized amphiphilic boronic acid fluorescent probes (B-Nap-C8) possessing naphthaleneboronic as a saccharide recognition site alkyl chain hydrophobic moiety. We evaluated their function in relation to the or absorption intensity changes of assembled B-Nap-C8. Also, B-Nap-C8 effect co-surfactants. forms micelles recognizes fructose at pH 10. In presence surfactants, with cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) micelle can recognize neutral pH. On other hand, sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) > This caused decrease apparent pKa on surface cationic CTAB micelle. The formation was confirmed TEM observation, critical concentration determined be 1.79 mM from titration measurements. From experiments, selectively selectivity saccharides not observed SDS. Thus, co-surfactant systems were found control water.

Ditopic boronic acid and imine-based naphthalimide fluorescence sensor for copper(II).

Copper ions are essential for many biological processes. However, high concentrations of copper can be detrimental to the cell or organism. A novel naphthalimide derivative bearing a monoboronic acid group (BNP) was investigated as a Cu(2+) selective fluorescent sensor in living cells. This derivative is one of the rare examples of reversible fluorescent chemosensors for Cu(2+) which uses a bor...

UV Cured Boronic Acid Based Fluorescence Sensor for the Determination of Glucose

The use of polymers is finding a significant place in development of sensors. Better selectivity and rapid measurements have been achieved by replacing classical sensor materials with functions of polymers. Several receptors have been employed to detect glucose in fluorescence sensors, and these include enzymes such as glucose oxidase, glucose dehydrogenase and hexokinase/glucokinase, bacterial...

Boronic acid based imprinted electrochemical sensor for rutin recognition and detection.

Multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) and boronic acid based molecular imprinting polymer (MIP) were successively modified on a glassy carbon electrode surface to fabricate a novel electrochemical sensor for rutin recognition and detection. 3-Aminophenylboronic acid (APBA) was chosen as a monomer for the electropolymerization of MIP film in the presence of rutin. In addition to the imprinted ca...
